Leslie Crawford has been a small business owner since 2012 and opened SoCo in September 2019. She was an educator for 16 years and is now proudly the owner of two small businesses located in downtown Gate City, Virginia — Southern Collective and The Edison. She has been married to Evan since 2007. Together they have Harrison and love to spend as much time together they love to travel, try new foods, and explore new hobbies as a family!

Southern Collective is a boutique marketplace in Gate City, Virginia, founded in September 2019 by Leslie and Evan Crawford. It showcases products from small businesses across Southwest Virginia.
The SoCo collection is thoughtfully curated by Leslie for women who want to feel confident, stay on trend, and dress for themselves at any age. Each piece is chosen for its quality, style, and versatility—offering fashionable staples at an affordable price.

Local Orders:
If you are local to SoCo and picked up your order in-store, exchanges must be handled through Leslie via our online Shopify platform. Please contact her at shopsoutherncollective@gmail.com to begin the process.

Shipped Orders:
All items are inspected prior to shipment. If your item does not fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Returns will be inspected upon receipt
